Inspections

Are an integral part of success when manufacturing products in any country. Chinagy will implement quality control for all stages of production. Samples will be taken from initial production runs and sent to you for your written approval. We will provide pictures and/or video taken of your product during the production process. When your order is midway through production we will take some final samples and send them to you for final approval prior to shipping.

 

Pre-Production Inspection
This service includes visiting the manufacturer prior to the commencement of production to examine all raw materials and confirm that all manufacturing processes adhere to the requirements of our client
Early Production Inspection
This service provides a quality control check at the early stages of production to ensure that all processes and products are correctly implemented from the beginning.
Mid- Production Inspection
This service provides a quality check, normally for the first time, of the finished products. It ensures that all processes and products are being produced to the agreed standards and timeframes.
Final Production Inspection
This inspection is to ensure that the bulk of the products have been manufactured to the Clients specifications. At this stage, normally 80-100% of products have been completed and our Inspection team will check the required proportion as requested by our client.
Container Loading Inspection
This service ensures that the correct styles, sizes and quantities have been loaded correctly and safely onto the container.
Inspection Service

Chinagy have integrated a range of Inspection Services into our product portfolio to offer the option of choosing the most appropriate Inspection Service to meet our clients requirements. For each inspection, our clients will be provided with a comprehensive report on the outcome, along with detailed videos and photos outlining all information. This provides piece of mind that their products will arrive into their warehouse according to their required specifications.

Product Manufacturing Process Reports

This service provides the definitive insight on how the products are produced by the Chinese manufacturer for our clients.  Chinagy’s Inspection Team provides analysis and documentation of each stage of the manufacturing process from the raw material stage to the container loading stage.

Factory Inspection Audits
  • Basic Factory Inspection Audit: This factory visit will verify the existence of the selected manufacturer and will outline a basic profile of the factory
  • Extensive Factory Inspection Audit: This factory visit will verify the potential manufacturer’s profile and assist in deciding the most appropriate manufacturer to produce the required products. It also assesses each manufacturer according to existing & international quality standards
  • Corporate Factory Inspection Audit: This factory visit will verify the potential manufacturer’s profile and assist in deciding the most appropriate manufacturer to produce the required products. It also assesses each manufacturer according to existing & international quality standards. Furthermore, the Corporate Factory Inspection Audit ensures that manufacturers comply with international human rights and standards.
External Testing & Certification Services
  • Independent Laboratory Testing & Certification: Chinagy will source and approach qualified testing laboratories in China to conduct independent testing on your products, thus ensuring that they conform to all legal requirements.
