Job Description :
Analyze market, develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them to determine product availability and terms of sales.
Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.
Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers and maintain records of goods ordered and received.
Qualification :
You have at least 3 years experience from working for US enterprise;
You have good communication skills and team spirit;
You have strong negotiating skills;
You have a structured way of working;
You have the characteristics of a Project leader, you are flexible and have strong coordination skills;
You are familiar with Microsoft office computer programs;
You are flexible in job relocation and traveling.
